Y oh Y?
So, we joined the Y a couple of weeks ago. yahoo!! I have completed 4 workout sessions, this is a minor miracle. They say you will feel better after working out? I'm still waiting for that to happen. My legs and arms hurt sooooo bad, and I won't mention the other parts of my body that are suffering as well. How do people do this everyday? I'm only going every other day. hmmm??? But the kids love it there, and I love that they love it, so I will continue to torture my body in the gym. I'll let you know when that 'feel better' thing happens :)
